JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work on behalf of the unit manager and participate in the management team. You will receive various assignments/projects that improve and develop the operations, and in some cases, you will have a leading role. The assignments may include the introduction and implementation of new working methods, updating and revising routines, handling deviations, and actively working on improvement efforts. We work together, and you will closely collaborate with a colleague in the nursing unit as well as other colleagues in the sector. You will also be involved in the introduction of new employees. The assignment includes a certain percentage, which may vary over time, of clinical work as a nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed nurse. You need to be able to plan and organize your work independently and together with others. You have a strong sense of responsibility, and quality is important to you. You should be a support for colleagues in improvement work as well as in the implementation of new working methods, introduction of digital aids, etc. You need to be good at collaborating. We work with digitalization, and it is important that you can easily learn different systems and digital tools. Previous experience as a method developer is an advantage, as well as knowledge of Lerum Municipality.

It is also advantageous to be familiar with the municipality and its operations.
